Kūpuna Wellness is a personalized wellness and exercise program designed for older adults who want to maintain their strength, balance, coordination, and confidence as they age.Unlike traditional physical therapy, Kūpuna Wellness is designed for seniors who are generally doing well and do not require intensive rehabilitation, but want professional guidance to stay active, capable, and independent.Whether you want to feel steadier on your feet, maintain the strength needed for everyday activities, or simply stay ahead of age-related physical changes, our goal is to help you keep moving with confidence.

About Us
TRAIN FOR THE LIFE YOU WANT TO KEEP LIVING
As we age, changes in strength, balance, coordination, reaction time, and mobility can make everyday activities more challenging. The good news is that many of these abilities can be trained and strengthened.
Kūpuna Wellness takes a personal training-style approach to healthy aging, with exercises and activities selected around your individual abilities and goals.
Your program may focus on:
Balance & Stability Training
Challenge and strengthen the systems your body uses to maintain balance and stability during everyday movement.
Fall Prevention
Practice movements, reactions, and strategies designed to help you become more confident on your feet and reduce common fall risks.
Strength Training
Build and maintain functional strength for everyday activities such as standing from a chair, climbing stairs, walking, carrying groceries, and staying active.
Grip & Hand Strength
Work on the hand and grip strength used for opening containers, carrying objects, household tasks, hobbies, and other daily activities.
Coordination Training
Challenge your ability to control movements, change directions, use your arms and legs together, and respond to your environment.
Neurological & Brain-Body Training
Incorporate exercises that challenge coordination, reaction, attention, movement patterns, and the connection between the brain and body.
Mobility & Endurance
Maintain the ability to walk, move comfortably, and participate in the activities that are important to you.
